Odour removal (pets, smoke) is charged separately — we’ll quote it by photo. Tough stains are also assessed by photo, so there are no surprises on the day.

We’ll tell you honestly from the photo. Fresh stains usually come out completely; old ones that have already been scrubbed get noticeably lighter. If cleaning won’t help, we’ll say so and talk you out of it.
